Saturday, March 30: Optional Cardio Day or a Day of Rest

You can take today off if you need it. If you choose to do cardio today, the type you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 30 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.

Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, jumping rope, bike riding, etc…)

    Im in, just gotta wait till after work. Since I missed last night, some legs and abs with cardio! By way, we're gonna have a GRANDDAUGHTER! Just had to shout it out!! Have a GREAT weekend and Easter!

    Sat is usually my rest day, but since I missed last night's run, I plan to run tonight instead. I had intended to get up early before work but.. yeah. 6AM is just too early when I am used to 7 ;).

    I will post after my C25K run tonight with today's cardio.

    I did kickboxing for 45 minutes which included lots of heart pace raising. After I did the kickboxing, I went to a yoga class for 45 minutes. I keep forgetting to come in and tell you folks how much fun I have kickboxing 4 days a week. The girl teaching kickboxing today also gave us a little Tabata at the end.

    5 min cool down

    That's all I could get in today, aside from my walking while I work which was 4.25 mi

    Happy Easter !
    I have to admot , this challenege is harder than I thought. My muscles are sore( it is hard to try to get up from a chair....LOL....)
    I will take a rest day and from next week , I will taking this a little bit easier.I will not give up!

    Today is usually my big cardio day, but with Easter I don't know if I am going to be necessary at my parent's or not.. so I will definitely fit in my workout of at least 40 minutes. I'd like to try to get a short run in as well.. we shall see. I'll post afterwards.
