PMS - Munchies

Hi All

I am the worst for 5 days a month give or take.

1. I can drink water all day and I still want to eat.

2. I want, crave, sweets mostly chocolate.

3. I hold fluid ridiculously.

Help, suggestions. This week can kill all the hard work I did the previous week.

    For me the week before its like I can't eat enough, but the week of I barely want anything to eat. Find healthier sweets is a good option or maybe i should say lower calorie sweets like fiber one brownies.

    I drink about 100 ounces of water a day during TOM to help with the water retention. I too crave sweets and chips, I have them too. But instead of a whole chocolate bar I break pieces and spread throughout the week. I get small bags of chips. I just make sure they fit into my calories for the day... Hope you find what works for you!

    Continue to drink your water and add a little exercise if possible. What are you craving? What works for me is eating the opposite of what I crave...sweets, I will eat something sour.

    Ask yourself are you hungry, angry, lonely or tired? If you are feeling any of these emotions put a plan in action to do something positive about it.
