As the challenge is growing closer to the end, I would just like to thank you guys for being so awesome for participating & sticking it out to the end with some unbelievable difficult squats. :flowerforyou:
The squat of the day is the plie squat.
Here's a pic:
These are the regular ones
These are more advanced. Use of stick is optional, to help with balance. [PS: you really feel these]
Follow these rules for proper form.

I had to google it (pics blocked at work). What I found looked pretty muck like a sumo squat only maybe with your knees turned out a little more.
