Why you shouldn't google your dates

No one will find me if they Google me. Or a regular person won't, anyway. A cop or a detective no doubt could. For now anyway
I went on a date with a paralegal one time and she ran a background check on me!
I'm pretty sure that is known as a gross invasion of privacy. If someone told me they did that there would be no second date.0 -
My last name is one of the 10 most popular surnames in the U.S. My first name is common, and my middle name very common. I have met people with my name frequently... in fact I grew up a mile from someone with my exact first/middle/last (and same spelling of all) who wasn't related to me. Our mail carrier got confused easily.0

Shouldn't he be going by the address and not the name...?0 -
I have googled men and thankfully nothing crazy popped up, but I did find out one or two who were already in a relationship but told me they weren't. I've googled myself too, of course. I won't go too much further with background checks or anything like that and I definitely don't give my last name to someone I just met.0

Addresses were:
FirstName LastName
Rural Route 3
Town, MO Zipcode
That's as specific as our podunk system was in the 80s.0 -
