Insanity results(first round)

I figured I'd share the results of my first round of Insanity with my lovely group. I did not do a fit test at any point because I was more concerned with changing my body; progress seemed natural and I just didn't care to do the test. Kind of which I had. I drank Shakeology the whole time. I added Results & Recovery in the second month and that really helped. I only need it for any of the Max workouts; I tried it with some month one workouts and I just wasn't thirsty enough for it. I also started eating Chia seeds in right before I finished, because my right knee really started bugging me. The Chia had them pain free the very next day after trying them the first time!
I'm not yet where I want to be. I know I have more work to do. But this is where I am today, after 60 days of Insanity.

CW:fluctuating 151-154
Chest: Started at 41.5"/now at 38"
Waist: Started at 35"/now at 33.5"
Hips: Started at 40.5"/now at 39.5"
RA and LA: Both started at 13"/now at 12.25"
RL: Started at 21"/now at 20"
LL: Started at 22"/now at 20"

Thanks. I am doing a Hip Hop Abs/Insanity hybrid at the moment. Something different, that still has the Insanity incorporated. Its only a 30 day schedule and I'm about half way through with it. Kind of interested in weights next. Anyone have any successes with weights?0

Fantastic results, thanks for sharing them it is very inspiring, I am about to embark on month two after a well earnt rest day, can't wait for the end results, 4 weeks to go for me, then I too will post n share0
