Not sure if this counts

So, I'm not sure this counts as "heavy" lifting, but I found a dumbbell only workout on muscle and strength.com. I only have dumbbells right now, no bench or anything, so I thought this would be good for me. I used 5 lb weights to start with, recommended by a friend who is an experienced lifter. I didn't think they were heavy enough, and when I finished the workout, I was sweaty and my arms and legs were trembling. Maybe I am not as strong as I thought, but I am hoping to work my way up to using actual heavy weights. I hope none of you laugh at me for being a wimp, but I'm proud to have made a start, albeit a small one.

I'd be interested in seeing that workout for the days when I can't get to the gym. Do you have a link?

"Heavy" is a relative term. What's heavy for one person might not be heavy for another. If it felt heavy to you, then yes, it counts!
