Lose Something to Gain Everything

Soooooo, I decided to do a "diet overhaul" for April.

I am going to cut out fast food for the month of April. I have done it before and I'm sure I can do it again. I think my body, waistline and scale will appreciate that and it will show. These are drastic times which cause for drastic measures.

This is my commitment: to lose this habit for 30 days to gain a better body on day 31.
