Hi everyone,

We have been asked to start our own team thread and so here is this one...

How did people do for the first week of the challenge? i.e. not weigh loss/gain etc but how did people find the challenge and in terms of personal (if you had any) how did you do?

I had a goal of making three 'good choices' over the weekend which I did; (1) Drinking soda with shorts instead of sugary mixers (2) Keeping close to my calorie limits on a hangover (3) no chips after a night out .... basically all of my good choices were to do with a night out ....haha

And as for this upcoming week (I have a busy week with friends / boyfriends / family birthdays) my goal will be to do cardio three times this week....
Monday - Spin class
Friday - DVD
Saturday DVD / gym depends if it is open......

Please post your goals if you have any they can be anything! Like eating more veg or drinking more water :)

    Well... I am not going to lie .... I did not meet my goals this week :( I'd love for there to be a reason other than I took a week off from making good choices (well I made some but not enough) ....

    Monday: Spin (DONE)

    So new week and all that goals are:

    Tues: Gym
    Weds: Gym
    Friday: Spin
    Sun: Spin
