Monday, April 1: Arms & Shoulders + Short Cardio
10 Shoulder Presses

Tricep Kickback

10 Front Raises

10 Bicep Concentrations (10 Total: 5 on the left and 5 on the right)

Repeat for a total of 10 sets.
Short Cardio: Today is also a short cardio day. Any kind is fine (jogging, power-walking, biking, jumping rope, swimming, etc). Try to do something to get your heart-rate elevated for at least 15 minutes. If you can go longer, even better!

I'm in and it won't be done until late in the evening, it's going to be a long day before I get home but I will get it done!0

LUCKY! You can work on your arms and shoulders when you have to turn over, just throw in a couple kneeling push-ups, maybe a few supermans!! And of course, you work your shoulders when you put lotion on! BOOM, DONE! (with some bronzing)0 -
I will be doing lots of cardio today, I'm starting C25K & I have zumba tonight.
I have also made a decision to quit smoking and today is my first day smoke free. So, I have put together a comprehensive exercise plan that will work for me that I really want to stick to.
zumba starts @ 6, pacific time zone so, I will be back much later to let you know that I'm done.0 -
Done! Arm exercises and 20 minutes of dancing... Might go for a walk later0

So this is the first day I've missed-I knew it would be late but the day became derailed, such as life over the long term when changing your lifestyle. I've decided to just continue on tomorrow and will put arms and shoulders into Wed. Most importantly, in the past this would have been the trigger to get completely off course but not this time-life happens while trying to get healthy and I'm back in the game tomorrow.0 -

Got this done, plus mixed in squats (prisoner and plie) and some reverse lunges. Then proceeded to visit the treadmill and the elliptical for another 15.
Just a tip/suggestion........ don't forget to have some protein afterwards, I myself have a glass of ovaltine chocolate milk. I swear I am not as sore that night or the next day!! PROMISE!0 -
Did a short run yesterday, but did the arms and shoulders today as Monday's is bowling and not a good day to do arms.0
