HOLY MOLY!! I did it! I never thought id be able to but i did. I jog at 4.0 which is hard for me at 271 lbs. it took me 33:45 but i ran 2.25 miles nonstop. Im drenched in sweat and i feel awesome!

That is awesome!! When I get annoyed with all the sweat, I just remeber it's my fat crying and trying to get back in. No way, no how.
I'm glad to hear others are taking it slow too, I run at 4.4-4.5 in Week 5 (D3-3rd attempt in the morning).0
