Today was my total gym day, where I spend about 3 hours there, with running, swimming, weights, steam room and jacuzzi. I call it my spa day! I thought I would just give this challenge a try, to see what it will be like. OMG 300 crunches are going to be tough, but if the results are like the squats challenge, this is going to be awesome!0

I am in...I didn't make it through the squat challenge because I was having knee issues when I started and they got worse as the challenge progressed but I am definitely up for an ab challenge0
