Yes I am. kinda nervous about this weigh in with easter and everything. But hoping some good eating today and tmw with exercise might take off anything I gained.0

Here, but dreading the Easter weekend regrets, not just calories, but choices and not working out for 3 days...Then again, sometimes after a high calorie day I lose, so guess we shall see

As ready as I will ever be I guess. It was a rough eating weekend, but since Monday I have watched my calorie intake, just have to add in that exercise, which I really struggle with. Good luck everyone!0

I'm scared. it's just all the nibbling being at home for 4 days. Chocolate here, chocolate there...they all add up. I didn't record them since it was only 1!! (one at a time that is). I've learned that I need to record every last crumb if I want this to work.0

Our diets haven't been much different than last week. I don't think I did as well for exercise since nearly everyone in my home was sick. Kind of hard to work out around a sick family. I'll kick it into high gear for the next week to try and get a few lbs off.
My workouts have been going exceptionally well lately. I have more energy and am able to last a lot longer. I'll have to push myself hard tomorrow for my kickboxing workout.
