Well, this marks the first day of my C25k program. I really haven't ran since HS, which has been longer than I care to admit. A friend recommended this workout, and I've been wanting to start running for awhile. Here's hoping that I can stick to it and lose some weight.

W1D1 here as well In my experience, if you can stick with it the first 2-3 weeks, it's actually hard to quit later on. I've done the C25K before, but didn't maintain afterwards and so I am back. At least this time around, I know it works.0

So I started today! It was wonderful! I feel so good and so accomplished! It was actually pretty easy so I'm going to up my speed for W1D20
