Hey all,

Just wondering how you plan your weekly DDP! Do you follow the program guide or create your own weeks?

    I've been following the intermediate guide and recently began the 4-day per week routine. I've noticed that it starts out light with using just Red Hot Core on a particular day. But I always add Red Hot Core at the end of each workout. On days like that, I'll add Fat Burner first.
