First just want to acknowledge how great everyone is doing!! We've had parties, holidays, grand baby announcements, injuries, minor slip ups and vacations and you're all still managing to check in and give it a go! So proud. You guys keep me motivated!

Now back to business!

Wednesday, April 3: Long Cardio Day
The type of cardio you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 45 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.

Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)
Here are some video recommendations if you’re need a little inspiration:

Can I count my long cardio day as Tue? I went on a "run" (read that as others ran while I huffed and puffed to walk as fast as I could and jogged through intersections, etc!) after work today. I did the 3 mile version and oh boy did I get a workout! 51 mins of fast walking/jogging.

Kidding.. well I really DID do that stuff, but 3April is a new day. New challenge... so I will do my best to get a long cardio in for Wed.

Will do bike for 60 min, and thinking of walking the rail trail here in our town as well. Will see if there is time for both.

I'm doing my C25K and some workout dvd's, I just haven't decided which ones yet. Will let you know when I'm done, no zumba today so it will be kinda early.

Well, did 14.32 miles on bike, but did not get to walk the trail. I did a bit of weeding in the flower beds instead.
Feeling good though about the cardio and the food log was good as well. Loving this challenge, it keeps me focused!

I'm sure I had my heart rate up for an hour, but it wasn't all on the treadmill. Some of it was while I was doing lunges and squats etc. I'll probably end up doing a long cardio in the morning since I can't use my arms for any exercise right now.

Ok - 30 minutes on the treadmill - running most of that time for 2 miles. And 60 minutes of karate.

Walked for 1.75 hours, FAST. Calculated almost 5 miles.

Then proceeded to eat a shredded chicken (without rice and beans) with lettuce, toms, cilantro, onion and  sour cream..............AT 8:30!!!!!

    OH THE HORROR!!!
