Week 2 - Here we go!

So how did ya'lls 1st week go? We made it through week 1!! I hope ya'll are still with me :happy:

It felt so good to rest yesterday, OMG! Today was kind of tough for me to start back again. I tried to talk myself out of doing it... but when I put the DVD in & got into it, I was glad I did. I actually sweated more today than I did last week... not sure why that is.

    Week 2 is much better! I am able to keep up better with the warm ups and the movements. Still sweating like a pig though. Just finished Day 12 today. Sadly, gaining weight too. But from what I have read, this is expected. So I am just gonna stick with it and see what's at the end of the tunnel.

    lol you will always sweat that way, im on week 4 and still sweat that way.

    me too. i'm in my recovery week and even those exercises make me sweat hard.

    Just finished my second Cardio Recovery, back at it tomorrow...............I find myself sweating more this time around, but that's probably because I'm taking far less breaks!! Great work everyone, hope to see you all in Week 3!
