Thur: Im OUT for a few days. Doc says it could be 2 days or 2 weeks, i injured my back today at work, soooo i will find some way to stay active, little bits at a time. This really sucks, I'm 4 lbs away from my goal, but with back injury i know i have to take care of this delicately. You have not seen the last of me, i will log what ever exercises i can, and pray i recover early!

I don't have a HRM i would like one, i use the mfp data base and like your squeaky elliptical lol my Gazelle has a built reading for calories burned.0 -
