i buy cookbooks, but they are like food porn. I end up using blogs and Pinterest for what I actually cook.
start searching plant based, plant strong, vegan.

My favorite has been Vegan on the Cheap by Robin Robertson. I don't really like her "cheese" sauce, but everything else I've made out of that book has been delicious, and every recipe is $2 or less per serving. This one's not meant to be a "diet" book, but it is based on whole foods, and the recipes can easily be adjusted to get rid of oil or whatever.0
