Is anyone active on this group? I've been doing the Forks Over Knives meal planner for about 3 months now. However, I do not stick completely to it, eating more whole food plant based for health not for any other reason.
How is everyone finding staying on track with healthy food & exercise during this lockdown? Easier or more challenging?

Hi I’m Penny from the UK. Just to share I’m currently doing the FOK online culinary course & am getting a lot from it. Decided to go for it as it was half price over quarantine period & so glad I did. Checkout their website if you are thinking of doing it at some point.
I know 5 people, personally, who eat WFPB. Most of my family and friends eat the SAD and think Im crazy. If there is anyone on here willing to provide me with support or give me ideas i would appreciate it. I keep my food diary open to friends so you can feel free to comment. Thanks!!

I've been able to reduce meds and I do feel better. Anyone else following FOK for health reasons? Would love some like-minded friends on MFP.
Hi all. I have been following a vegan plant based diet for 7 months. I have about 75 more pounds to lose. I am just coming back to MFP and my first time as a vegan. I am looking forward to meeting some new vegan friends :D
We are in the middle of travel baseball season with my son and softball just started for my daughter. A dinner at home is a rare thing right now. I need ideas for easy, portable, on-the-go meals beyond hummus. I adore hummus. Just not everyday. My crockpot is an option. Thanks!
I went to a day long Dr Furhman (Eat to Live, the end of dieting) presentation and was totally pumped to stick to his food plan. I lost 7 pounds in one week. Previously I had lost 11 pounds in 5 months by switching to a vegan diet.
