1. starting weight - current weight
2. divide weight lost by starting weight
3. Mutliply by 100
I know that some of us weigh multiple times a week so your first weight that you post this week will be the one that I use for the weekly results.

I am down to 341.2, which is a total of 2.32% since starting the challenge and a whopping 9.5% since starting my weight loss journey on January 7, 2013! I am SO inspired and excited to keep going!0
