For crews to be at their best, communication is crucial. I know life happens. Sadlly there was a death in a button's family and she will be MIA for a couple of days. She reported that to her Captain. There has been a flu situation with one, and a vacation on another that no one knew about. That can create a whacking that shouldn't happen. The Don works WITH his family. In fairness to your teams and everyone working soooo hard, please communicate.

    Thanks for the reminder. I just reported to my captain the days I will be absent for my wedding in a couple weeks.

    Hopefully I won't be whacked.

    I will say my crew is great about communication. I have a team member that is going to be at a conference and she let me know that she wouldn't be able to report until Sunday. Folks are committed to this challenge and that is awesome!!
