I started my reset a little over a week ago and have been struggling to meet my TDEE. So I did some searching and found a recipe. I tweaked it a bit so now it's MY recipe...lol. Here it is:
1 medium banana
1 cup whole milk
1 TBSP peanut butter (yes, heybales, it has peanut butter in it...lol)
2 TBSP nesquik chocolate powder
2 raw farm fresh eggs
1 cup of ice (sometimes more depending on how icy you want it)
Nutrition info:
Calories - 610
Protein - 28
Carbs - 69
Fat - 28
Sodium - 372
Potassium - 683
If you don't want the raw eggs, then subtract:
Calories - 140
Protein - 13
Carbs - 1
Fat - 10
Sodium - 142
Potassium - 138
Of course, you can tweak it to your liking by using lower fat milk, or maybe almond milk, or by adding protein powders, instead of the nesquik, for an even higher protein shake.

Milk and avocado protein shake
150-200ml milk (I love kara coconut milk but any milk will do)
1/2 small avocado (~40g)
1 scoop chocolate whey
1 tsp cocoa powder
handful of spinach
6-7 ice cubes
Milk and pineapple protein shake
150-200ml milk (again, I use kara coconut milk)
60-70g pineapple (I usually freeze it beforehand so it thickens the shake)
1-2 frozen strawberries
1 scoop vanilla whey
cinnamon to taste
6-7 ice cubes
These are not very high in calories, they come around 250 cal each but they are super yummy!0 -
I love these no bake energy bitess: http://www.gimmesomeoven.com/no-bake-energy-bites/
You can add any other kinds of seeds or whatever to 'em. Love 'em!
They're like 135 calories, depending on how big you make 'em.0 -

Beetroot salad....wait it's yum, use quantities that suit you this is what I use
2 beetroot and grated
Add 3 oranges diced
Add a few sprigs of mint
Add 1 cup cooked quinoa
Add 4tbs sunflower seeds
Add 4tbs pumpkin seeds
I roast my seeds in coconut oil
It makes a lot
I work it out to be 118cals per 200 grams which is heaps
Full of vitamins, protein and good fats IMO0 -

You don't feel the avocado AT ALL, I promiseIt just gives it a thick chocolate consistency!! Give it a go
