Crossfit anyone?

I just found out the Y in Muncie has crossfit!! Would anyone be interested in doing that with me? There is a fee for the class, but you can try a class for free.
I took my first class on Saturday and I am SORE! But in a good way :)

    Are you still doing the crossfit? I wondered how that was going. I see people post on facebook about it and it looks pretty intense.

    I am! It is pretty intense, but they do a great job modifying it to your level. My friend lost 170lbs doing crossfit, so she has inspired me that I can do it too!
