Ha! I don't know if this is a good thing or not. I just started Beachbody's Body Beast (heavy lifting program) and my calories are set at 1750 (BMR 1545). I am limited on other exercises because of an severe sprain a month a go, so I do heavy on the upper body stuff, but body weight squats for leg day. I am about 10 days in, and the last two days I have been constantly hungry!! I have gotten in about 2100 calories last ocuple of days. (TDEE is 2400).
Has anyone ever experienced this when starting heavy lifting?
It is a good thing, right?

Sounds like your body is crying for more food.. so feed it:)
You are still under your TDEE with 2100, so Id stay there. A 300 cal deficit is pretty ideal actually0 -
