Ha! I don't know if this is a good thing or not. I just started Beachbody's Body Beast (heavy lifting program) and my calories are set at 1750 (BMR 1545). I am limited on other exercises because of an severe sprain a month a go, so I do heavy on the upper body stuff, but body weight squats for leg day. I am about 10 days in, and the last two days I have been constantly hungry!! I have gotten in about 2100 calories last ocuple of days. (TDEE is 2400).

Has anyone ever experienced this when starting heavy lifting? :) It is a good thing, right?

Yep. Body needs fuel to build those muscles.

Indeed. Lots of protein and some essential fats.

Sounds like your body is crying for more food.. so feed it:)
You are still under your TDEE with 2100, so Id stay there. A 300 cal deficit is pretty ideal actually
