April 5th Challenge

Hello Crews. Your April 5th challenge is an endurance challenge. This challenge happens to be what the bonus was April 4th.

Walk/Run/Jog 5 miles...Alternative: Bike 10 miles....Alternative: Swim 10 laps and receive 1 large

Bonus: Throw down 100 Jumping Jacks and get an extra large.

This will be a good one as weigh ins are approaching!!! 100% reporting goal

    Looks like an excuse to go for a hike. If I do over 10 miles, can that count for bonus as well? It is my day off, and it should be decent out!

    ANY ALTERNATE BONUS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE OF US THAT HAVE KNEE TROUBLES AND ARENT CLEARED FOR THE UP/DOWN IMPACT OF JUMPING JACKS!?!?!

    Anyone who is not able to do the jumping jacks can choose another previous challenge such as squats or push-ups.

    I am doing a 5k tomorrow and a Half-Marathon on Sunday so I cannot do any mileage today (this is supposed to be my rest day)...can I do 100 crunches instead?

    I am halfway through the challenge....well 2.4 miles (on the elliptical). I will finish the other 2.6 tonight PLUS the bonus! This girl is on FIRE!!!!!!!

    did the jumping jacks but unfortunately, due to my schedule...not going to get in the cardio :(
