What are you are you a superstar at?

I know we all struggle with this health thing, there are lots of ups and downs along the way. But what are you GOOD at? What part of getting healthy is so easy that you say "I got this" every day without even thinking about it? Eating breakfast? Working out? Planning your meals? Loving yourself? Wanna share some tips with the rest of us on what makes this so easy for you?
For me, it's drinking plenty of water. I usually end up around 12-13 cups - in fact, it's hard to track because it's just so natural for me, it's not something I have to think about. I start the day with my Diet Coke (sometimes a can, sometimes a big fountain one) (I know it's horrible for me but girl needs her caffeine), but after that it's pretty much water all day. I just always have a bottle around, and when I get thirsty I drink it. Can't get much simpler than that! I drink even more at work because the bottle is literally at my elbow all day. I don't mind the taste (or lack thereof), but every once in a while I do use flavor drops for a fun difference.

Excellent! I too am very good at drinking water. I feel that I get dehydrated easily otherwise, especially since I love my diuretics (coffee and tea). I also make sure that I eat a good breakfast every morning
This is very easy for me since 99 times out of 100 I wake up ravenous, so luckily I have those 2 things down pat!

Awesome! I'm about 80% on breakfast, which is a lot better than I used to be. It's hard because I'm a huge procrastinator and end up rushing around every morning to get out the door on time. Waking up ravenous is a good thing, means you didn't eat too much the night before!0
