Thursday, April 4: Chest & Back + Short Cardio
10 Pushups (Any kind count. If you need to do them on your knees, that’s fine)
10 Supermans

10 Dumbbell Chest Press (If you don’t have a ball, it is fine to do these on a bench or on a mat)

10 Bent Over Dumbbell Rows

Repeat for a total of 10 sets.
Short Cardio: Today is also a short cardio day. Any kind is fine (jogging, power-walking, biking, jumping rope, swimming, etc). Try to do something to get your heart-rate elevated for at least 15 minutes. If you can go longer, even better!

Well fellow challengers I am out for the next few weeks - bulging disk in my back is the diagnosis, treatment for the next 2 weeks and hopefully I will be back to cardio by then. Good luck everyone and keep going :happy:0

Have done the 100 DB Rows, 100 DB Chest Presses,100 Push Ups, and rode 14.25 miles on bike.
I now will do the Supermans ! Thinking may not get the full 100 in but going to try.

Forgot to check in yest! GOTERDONE! I have actually combined the arms, shoulders, chest and back into one workout that I am doing on Monday's and Thursday's. I found that the exercises, some of yours, some of mine worked both days, so, just put 'em all together and will do both days.
Finished up with elliptical and recumbent bike.

Ok - My Tabata+Core class had tricep dips & push ups - not to a 100 but about 80 of each and then a 100 supermans so I think I'm okay. We also had cardio with lots of fast squats and kick backs/over off a box. I like this class - its both cardio and some really hard core work.0
