Friday, April 5: Long Cardio Day
The type of cardio you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 45 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.
Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)
Here are some video recommendations if you’re need a little inspiration:

Let us know if you are in, and come back at the end of the day and let us know what you’ve done.

I did 3 miles with Leslie Sansone, Latin dance & total body toning0 -
Okay - I walked to school and back which took 40 minutes and was 1.5 miles. And I had an 80 minute karate class which included 80 jumping jacks and 100 situps. So - I know that wasn't exactly what you were looking for but I feel ok since I'm also sick.0

I completed 65 minutes walking (2 miles) and doing the treadmill (3 miles)0

I rode bike for 3 miles, and walked 4miles. Got in the 60 min. I added a few strength training and fitness challenges from local club as well.

Kicked my *kitten* with some Tabata for about 38 minutes. Not easy but felt good, until later when I had to get up off the couch, <<< OUTCH >>>
Today goin for a walk after work, maybe a couple miles with a buddy. Have a good weekend my chickies!0
