Saturday April 6: Optional Cardio Day or a Day of Rest
You can take today off if you need it. If you choose to do cardio today, the type you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 30 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.
Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, jumping rope, bike riding, etc…)

Wow, love the 30 min interval training by CafeMom! Saved it to my favorites! Finished it, now ready for my day, which includes a trip to Morganton, NC to a joint club meet and lots of fun with daylily friends!

50 minutes of walk/jogging while getting splattered and covered in powdered dye... I did my first 5K in years today, the Color Run. I think that qualifies as my cardio today0

basically danced from 7 pm until 5 am, so I think that counts for both the 6th and the 7th.0

Today is actually Sunday but I wanted to let you all know that I did some cardio on Saturday. I "rode red" (treadmill) for just short of an hour. I have "ifit" for my treadmill so I like that I can just get on and go.
A little hungover today so I won't be doing anything at all.0 -
I walked the treadmill for 45 minutes.0
