Saying hello

Hi all,

I've been following the posts for a couple of weeks now and as I'd like to contribute thought I'd introduce myself. Not quite sure if it's the done thing but can hear my beloved Grandma whispering in my ear about good manners, so thought I would!

I'm from the UK, have been a fan of primal/paleo and incorporated some of the ideas in my diet for a while but am now really committed and loving it! I was mainly drawn to it as I suffer from insulin resistance related issues and have tried so many 'traditional' ways of dieting/eating - but always felt rubbish on them. I've been brave this week (as it feels different after years of SAD dieting, WeightWatchers etc.) and upped my fat count, so I do 45% Fat 40% Protein and 15% Carbs.
