(That was supposed to be ominous music!)
How do you handle weekends? These are my hardest days of the week for sure, healthy eating-wise. I'm trying to experiment with just enjoying single servings of my favorite treats, but it's a slippery slope so I'm not sure if that's a good idea.
One thing that does help is if I stay busy, so I'm getting off the computer now to get moving! Best wishes to everyone this weekend

Just being away from the home and food shops helps me. Summer is easiest for me as I can go on long walks or get out on my bike and you cannot eat while busy pedalling up hills and looking at the countryside. I tend to find it easier to control my eating in Summer anyway, presumably because my mood is better. Also, because I do not work, weekends tend to be no different for me anyway. I rarely go out to eat. I don't drink and have no one to meet. I also tend to hit the gym harder at the weekend.0

I agree with Graelwyn, I exercise more and get out and do more stuff. Having people over helps me too, since I won't overeat in front of anyone. I only serve healthy stuff which really annoys people who aren't into fitness:laugh:
I can do the single serving bit if I am in a good place emotionally and have eaten really well. If the week-ends are hard because of emotional issues, I would get the treats out of my house!!!! I'm a snacker, so I make bags of carrot sticks, etc so I can crunch away in front of my computer, which I am doing right now :happy:0
