    I walked 45 minutes today. That's the best I can do. The other exercises are too strenous for me - I've been in pain all week. Should I drop out of the program?

    With my tail between my legs, I couldn,t get beyond 5 planks. but I did 2hours of martial arts + 2 hours golf (walking course). I am cooked.

    I was not able to complete this challenge I was down for the count yesterday because of a dental procedure done. They said no exercising and eat soft foods. My husband was so kind to go grocery shopping and make dinner. What a doll right? Yea, except he got pizza, which is not exactly "soft" foods. So nonetheless, I was under my calorie goal yesterday.
