Day 7 and no junk can't believe I helped bake chocolate cake with that runny chocolate stuff inside and I didn't lick the spoon, bowl or even taste one. I packed them all up and sent them on there way when people left and I actually didn't have one. AMAZING.0

So far so good. I had a drink last night at the club, but didn't go crazy. My boyfriend even bought me some frozen dinners for when I stay over that were healthy so I could maintain my challenge, lol. :blushing: Still drinking water and being commited. I really want a hot dog right now but I'm resisting, it's all fat and sodium, two things I don't need anyway. So far so good!0

Raven - now that is willpower at it's best! Great job!!0 -
I'm doing pretty good so far! We are even cutting down with salt, sugar and caffeine at home...although due to a headache I'm drinking 1/2 cup of starbucks coffee right now so I can get moving at work! My husband has even joined in and we're eating some pretty tasteless food right now, at least until our taste buds get use to it! It's nice to be able to consciously make decisions on what we put into our bodies.0

Awesome job! And remember...you are living you can have a little treat once in awhile. As I always remind myself a treat is something you have rarely, not everyday But it's great to use these 21 days to break the sugar habit and get the dependency out of your system. I was reading it takes 2 full weeks for both sugar and caffeine (I'm trying to do both).0 -
