    Monday.....Nada

    Tuesday.........1000 calories.........RECORD>>>>22 minutes/563.9 calories burned...This was first 5 minutes at 40% incline at 2.8 mph...Next 5 minutes was at 30% incline at 3 to 3.3 mph...Next 12 minutes was 24-27% incline at 3.2-3.5 mph.....The rest was much lower incline walking and no incline jogging...

    Wednesday.......500...28 minutes on treadmill..

    Sunday.......1343 calories.....Set some more personal records....22 minutes/568.....30 minutes/723..1 hour/1343 calories burned........Average heart rate for the entire hour 137...high heart rate 153....

    Total 2843...I haven't been reaching my goals lately..but have set some nice records to shoot at each time...

    Thur: Im OUT for a few days. Doc says it could be 2 days or 2 weeks, i injured my back today at work, soooo i will find some way to stay active, little bits at a time. This really sucks, I'm 4 lbs away from my goal, but with back injury i know i have to take care of this delicately. You have not seen the last of me, i will log what ever exercises i can, and pray i recover early!

    Thur: 779= AM - Jefit, dumbbell circuit + PM - HM Training, tempo run 20 min @ 6mph + abs + 50 walking lunges
    Fri: 453= Fitness Blenders 45 min tabata + 50 walking lunges + stretching - 50 min
    Sat: 1074= the Daisy Duke, full workout + cool down - 98 min
    Sun: 1452= 50 walking lunges + HM Training - 7m @ 5.5mph avg pace + 4m walk - 139 min
