I have officially completed week 8!!
I am still getting used to the long runs, but I can do them. Week 9 doesn't scare me at all. :noway: I am anxious to get into speed work once I finish c25k. I want to be able to run my first 5K all the way through and a bit faster than an hour.
I will be sending out graduation announcements soon. So, definitely look for me in the graduation thread. :bigsmile:
