Myself, the wife and my MFP friend Vegamy are all running it on the 23rd.
Well more correctly I will probably be walking it- my wife has a bad knee but wants to try one Dash just to understand what I do in them. Running is out so I think we will be moseying the course this time...0 -
Ill be there the 230

I did the 1 PM wave on Sunday with the wife. Did it in like 90 minutes... I promised the wife I would not abandon her. She has a bad knee so she cannot run plus she is 69 years old. However she scampered over all the obstacles except for two walls so I am quite thrilled with that,
Next year however I go for time with my normal Dash partner- this past June we did it in 47 minutes and I pulled a leg muscle half way through. This time my partner did it in 45 minutes and she was running with her new boyfriend who had never done anything like this. We think we can do it close to 40 mins now or maybe a little under as she can do a 5K in about 27 minutes and I can do it around 31 on average.0 -
Nice! We finished in 48:46. Could have gone faster but enjoyed it.0

My boss's daughter did it in 33 minutes. That girl's a BEAST.0

No there are obstacles involved. You can bypass them if you have to. Can't bypass the mud though0
