I think picking one thing to focus on, even small, will lead to a success. So, for example, meet my sodium goal. Maybe it's small, but achievable. When you accomplish your goal, take a minute every night to recognize that you did it. 54lbs to go.

Best hiking trails in CT
Now that summer is here, it would be great to get outside with my kids and do some hiking. I'm in Lower Fairfield County. Can anyone recommend some nice hiking trails?

Congrats CT MFP! This group now has 500 members! It's a quiet group, let's get it going as we head into 2016. What are your fitness goals for 2016? Mine include running my first 10k and possibly 1/2 marathon by the end of the year. Stay accountable for all my food with logging. And reduce my waistline from a 37 to 34.
