only got 10 min into max interval training though...why is that right after the fit test?0 -

5. Globe Jumps - 9 / 10 / 10
6. Suicide Jumps - 15 / 17 / 17
7. Push-Up Jacks - 16 / 21 / 23
8. Low Plank Oblique - 37 / 48 / 64
I did the Fit Test yesterday and Max Interval today. I don't think I could have done them the same day!0 -
