Skipped 2 weeks

Hi, I did insanity for 3 weeks straight following the program really closely, in the beginning of week 4 I got sick and had to stop, I took a week off.....and then another week, just got back into it today.
Should I start straight back on week 4, or should I just start the whole month over? I wanna make sure I am ready for month 2.

    You are never really ready for month 2!! My hubby and I got the flu back to back and skipped about a week two weeks into month 2 and restarting the second month, but that was only because we weren't getting results anyway and switched how we handled fitness at that point. Do whatever you feel is best though, you aren't that far in that restarting/continuing wouldn't make too much of a difference but if you really want to track the effectiveness of the program then restart it with current body stats. Good luck with whatever you choose!

    Same thing happened to me. I would start back with Week 3 and Week 4 and keep going that way.

    I would honestly start again, month 2 is such a shock to the system that you will not get through it unless you are phisically prepared. Also saw an interview with Shaun T and he said if you miss a week start again..It will make the transition to month 2 so much easier!
