And all I can say is, wow!!! I'm supposed to be running 20 minutes non-stop by the third day??? I'm going to give it my all, but 20 minutes is a little scary!! How was Week 5 for you guys?

I'm done with day 1 and 2 of week 5. Going into it I wasn't sure I could jog for 8 minutes straight but really I didn't think it was too hard. It helps if I can focus on something other than how much time I have left. Tomorrow is the 20 minutes straight day. I realize it's more of a mental challenge than a physical one. Wish me luck!0

Good luck to you both. I am on week seven now and it is all running. The first five minutes will be the hardest then you slip into the run. Enjoy it, do not try to go too fast, just keep your pace. Slow down if you have to buy try not to stop. The plan works and you should be prepared for the 20 minutes. Enjoy!0

Good luck y'all! You can do it - your body is ready it's just your mind that needs to make a slight adjustment.0

Thank you!!! Whenever I feel as though I'm struggling, I slow it down and that really does help. As long as I keep my mind busy, I do fairly well.0 -
