Welcome to the New Group

Options
As you will see we've changed the group a little. We will begin the new group challenge this coming Wednesday. Here's how it works:

Measurements: Please post your measurements on the first Wednesday of every month.
Weigh Ins: For those who would also like to track their weight, please post your weight every Wednesday morning.
Challenges: Daily challenges will be posted. As well, we will have a weekly challenge that builds on itself daily.

Please feel free to invite your friends.

This week's challenge: Push-ups. Do as many push-ups today as possible. Each day this week add at least 1 more push-up.

Today's challenge: Do 30minutes of cardio and drink at least 10 glasses of water.

Our first measurements are due this Wednesday. Along with your measurements, please post your pant size and what your goal pant size is. I think this is such an effective way of determining how well your doing. I know I get very excited when my pants start to fit looser.

Looking forward to getting this going and seeing some great results.
