Monday, April 8: Arms & Shoulders + Cardio

10 Arm Circles

10 Chair Dips

10 Shoulder Presses

10 Bicep Curls

Repeat for a total of 10 sets.

Short Cardio: Today is also a short cardio day. Any kind is fine (jogging, power-walking, biking, jumping rope, swimming, etc). Try to do something to get your heart-rate elevated for at least 15 minutes. If you can go longer, even better!

    I am in, and done...

    38 mins of C25K program. I ran/walked a total of 1.9 miles this morning.

    In, and done with arm and shoulder challenge.
    I have a 60 min class at the gym at 6:00 pm which will more than take care of my cardio. will let you know when I have completed that one
