    Still doing ok, finding that I seem to do better on my own without other pressures of having to complete things in a certian time. I feel guility when I dont get as many exercise minites in a week that I could. But I guess that is life. Trying to get as much time in moving as I can!!

    Week 2 weigh in...

    March 25th...starting weight of challenge = 175lbs
    Week 1, April 1st = 175lbs
    Week 2, April 8th = 174lbs -1

    At least I lost one pound...I have had some good days and bad days. I have at least been out walking the dog. Portion control has been my main problem this week.
    Goals for this week...no eating out, walking more and keeping MFP dairy.

    Started a week late so this is my first week weigh in :-)

    Week 2 weigh in 159.4

    Total loss so far = 0.6 lbs

    A little loss is better than nothing! Woo hoo!

    I am up half a pound this week, but my normal weigh-ins are Wednesdays, so I'll check again then for my personal tracking.
    Not surprised, given I did not recuperate my sleep this past weekend. Really hoping to get below 200 this month, I just need to keep pushing and getting rest when I can.

    Did OK this week!! Pulled off 3 pounds that has been stubbornly sticking around longer than I appreciated!! hahaha Still working on losing my 100th pound (2 pounds away now) and ONEderland (5 pounds away) during this month. My mini goal is in sight...just have to keep pushing onward. Best of luck to everyone in this challenge and their weight loss journey. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!

    Loss of 0.5 pounds this week, bringing it to a total of 4.8 pounds. With a goal of 180, I only have 8 pounds left to go! Maybe I need to be more ambitious and strive for my original goal of 170. What do you all think?

    I am down 2 more lbs this week and that is with my diet derailment over vacation last week! :huh: Maybe it was those 30DS workouts outside sweating extra in the FL humidity?! :laugh:

    I finally managed to break though the plateau I've been on for a couple months! I'm now down from 163-165 to 159! Here's to hoping that the new dietitian approved diet keeps working :)
