Up for a long term challenge?
Join me for the End Of Financial Year Scales (eofys) challenge.
There are 13 weeks till the end of the financial year. Set your weekly loss target, and your end of challenge target. They don't have to match. At he end of each week we weigh in and see where we are at.

My weekly target - 700grams / 1.5 pounds
End of challenge target - 10 kilos/ 22 pounds
That would have me at 92kg/ 202 pounds and 114 pounds/51kg lost.0 -
My weekly target is 2lbs per week
End of challenge is 26lbs
that would put me at 60lbs total weight lost
I would be down to 230 lbs0 -
2.4kg down! Wish I knew how I did it0

I'm trying to lose at least 1 lb per week but since I'm upping my fitness as I got a bicycle so I will aim for 26 lbs. Which would put me at 181 lbs and 35 lbs lost!0

I totally let the Easter Challenge slide and gained back a lot of weight
SO! I'm recommitted to this challenge:
- Weekly goal= 2 lbs a week
- End Goal= 26 lbs
- Which will put me at 294 lbs/ 145 kgs
I'm focusing on tracking and upping my exercise by using my step machine (instead of using it as an ottoman)!0 -
I'm game for the challenge!
My weekly target - 2 pounds
End of challenge target - 26 pounds
Ending weight - 280
My fitness plan is to finish my C25K during this time as well0 -
