First round complete

Aside from missing a handful of the cardio sessions (6 I think), I finished my first round of CLX on Saturday. I showed definite improvement in my fit test, although no changes in my measurements from last month. But, still that puts me down about 5" from when I first started with most of the improvement around my belly.
I won't lie that I'm disappointed that the scale hasn't shown any change and that the inches did not just melt off. I could have eaten less and possibly seen more results, but I wonder if they would have been healthy results (actual fat loss vs muscle loss) and I wouldn't have been happy doing that anyway. I've needed to eat and for the most part I've made good choices given my lifestyle.
But I am wearing a smaller size slacks than when I started and my shirts don't fit as tight as before. My jeans feel kinda baggy, although not quite full size larger baggy yet. Plus I feel stronger and more capable and I love this program enough to continue with it. Going to try Lean for Life and see how that goes. I'll continue to challenge myself each week.
I would say my biggest hurdle is getting in that 2nd cardio session each week. So, my goal this month is to get all 5 workouts in each week. As long as I push play, it happens.

congratulations!! That's awesome. I know it's frustrating when the scale doesn't move, but I think the inches and the way our clothes fit is a much better gauge than the stupid scale anyway. I'm in second week of Push and loving it. I feel sad when I think about it ending.... ha ha!! Good for you for sticking all the way through it. Keep me posted on Lean for Life.0

Body Fat % was hard to tell because I measured only by the included calipers at the beginning, and since you only do one spot, I question their accuracy. That measurement fell by 5% but I seriously doubt it was that much. At least the caliper measurement did decrease. I'll switch to the online calculators that work off different measurements over the next few months. At least now I know what specific measurements to be tracking.0
