10 Front Lunges (10 total: 5 to the left and 5 to the right)

10 Plie Squats

10 Swing Kicks (1 on the left and 1 on the right = 1)

10 Leg Drops (10 Total: 5 to the left and 5 to the right)

Repeat for a total of 10 sets.
Short Cardio: Today is a short cardio day. Any kind is fine (jogging, power-walking, biking, jumping rope, swimming, etc). Try to do something to get your heart-rate elevated for at least 15 minutes. If you can go longer, even better!

Day completed. Didn't get the extra crunches in, but did a few burpees for good measure and played tackle football with my 3-year-old (that counts for something right?)0
