imitation crab/cream cheese spread

I only make one serving of this at a time because I can eat alot of this before I realize how much I"ve eaten. The low fat garden vegetable cream cheese really gives it alot of flavor. I am not a big seafood person, but there is no fishy taste at all. I eat this with low fat wheat thins, but they are not included in calories.

1 imitation crab leg finely chopped
2 T of Phil. low fat garden veg. cream cheese
1 tsp less sodium soy sauce
1 tsp diced or dehydrated onions

Mix all together. Enjoy with crackers or fresh vegetables. Makes 1 serving.
