Total lost since 1/1 = 17.20 -
Down 3.3lbs this week...MUCH better than last week, but still needing improvement, especially when I look at this:
- drank 8 cups of water : 6 Days
- ate 2 servings of fruit : 0 days (NOT GOOD!!)
- ate 3 servings of veggies : 4 days (sigh)
- avoided sugary snacks : 1 day (so need to do better on this one!)
- logged in your journal : 7 Days lol
- exercised 30 minutes or 45 minutes : 5 days.0 -
I lost 1.6 pounds this week.
- drank 8 cups of water - 6 days
- ate 2 servings of fruit - 7 days
- ate 3 servings of veggies - 4 days
- avoided sugary snacks - two days
- logged in your journal - 7 days
- exercised 30 minutes or 45 minutes - 5 days at over 45 minutes
I really need to watch out for sugary snacks and eat more veggies0 -
