Wednesday, April 10: Long Cardio Day

The type of cardio you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 45 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.

Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)
Here are some video recommendations if you’re need a little inspiration:

Happy Wednesday challengers! Picked up a new Jillian DVD yesterday. Going to give it a try!

Ooh, which one. I have a love-hate thing with Jillian (more love than hate -- especially during the cool down).

30 mins is all I could do today... but I ran my C25K time outside for the first time. I'm in week 4 and I live on a hilly street so, it was a super challenge! It looks like I am getting too far away from doing DVD cardio and seem to really be getting into this running cardio. I will try tomorrow to get in some actual circuit training or something.

    32 mins, 2.09 miles

Struggled through a 40 min run yesterday, but going to be out on the exercises for the next day or so while I fight whatever this illness is. Would normally push through, but can't risk this getting worse with only 4 weeks from Satuday till the Tough Mudder.

Will try to do all the exercises for the 3 days on the weekend if I am feeling up to it.
