OMG! These were tough! Finished day 9 and i'm finally caught up again! My favorites were the plank jacks and the scissors.0

The plank jacks were hard for me because my knees kept popping... And any exercise for the abs that requires me to keep my head off the ground is difficult and causes neck pain... Maybe because it's not strong enough or I've gotten pretty good whiplash before. But I did most of them!!0

Oh my!! You know how to hurt a sista!! This is SOOOOO much harder than the squat challenge.
I haven't caught up to the right day yet, but I'm working on it.0 -
Finally got 'em done. Too much going on. I'm not doing as well as I did with the squat challenge, but I'm not giving up.0
